Religion and Labor Today Zoom Panel from November 2, 2021, sponsored by the Department of Religious Studies and Campus Ministry at St. Joseph's College New York. Panelists, who represented distinct faith and religious traditions, included Br. Ken Homan, SJ, an organizer with The Interreligious Network for Worker Solidarity, Dr. Zahid Bukhari, Executive Director of the Islamic Circle of North America Council for Social Justice, and Jonathan Taubes, a Social Justice Organizer at the Workers Circle, a Jewish social justice organization founded by Yiddish speaking trade unionists and socialist immigrants from Eastern Europe.
